Online Lawyer is a virtual legal information service, not a law firm and not a licensed attorney. It provides general legal information only and does not create an attorney–client relationship. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. For serious matters, court proceedings, or decisions with significant consequences, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Online Lawyer mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Online Lawyer provides automated legal information through a chat interface. The App is intended for general informational purposes only. It does not provide formal legal advice, representation, or replace an in-person consultation with a licensed attorney.
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction.
You may use the App without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, you authorize us to receive your basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture) for authentication and optional cloud sync of your conversations.
Certain features require a paid subscription processed through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) via RevenueCat.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, submit unlawful content, or rely on it as a substitute for professional legal representation. Questions should be limited to appropriate legal-information topics.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. See the Legal Disclaimer above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its responses.
You can delete individual conversations in the App at any time. To delete your account and all cloud-stored data, sign out in the App and email support@onlinelawyer.cc from the same Google account email with the subject "Delete my account". We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Online Lawyer mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here and in our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
The App is for general legal information only. Do not submit information you would not want processed by third-party services. For urgent or high-stakes legal matters, contact a licensed attorney — not the App.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). Contact support@onlinelawyer.cc if you believe a child has provided personal data.
We use HTTPS for network communication and industry-standard practices to protect data on our servers. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact support@onlinelawyer.cc. EU users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
Data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
